Cheese Cakes with Pear 250g (2 Pieces for 1-2 Portions)
All cheese or what? No, not only. Because the "Chüechli" or base is just as important. They are handmade at the Jucker Farm bakery in Seegräben (ZH) and filled in Nik & Co.'s own factory. The mixture of three cheeses comes from regional cheese dairies. But that's not all. A little blue cheese and a few pieces of pears give the Dinnair Chäschüechli the ultimate finesse.
Ingredients - Vegetarian
whole cream, milk, pears, white flour, whole egg, water, vegetable fat, smoked flour, cheese, blue cheese, white wine, salt
Preparation
Bake the Chäschüechli at 200°C (convection oven 180°C) for about 25 minutes in a non-preheated oven until golden brown. Defrosting shortens the baking time by about 10 minutes.
