Spoiled by the cold spring water, the rainbow trout grow up for 18-24 months in Schlatt on the Kundelfingerhof. The typical white/pink meat color is a characteristic of the highest quality. The airy dough is refined with the best Thurgau apple wine and processed by Dani and his dedicated team in pure manual labor. The acidity of the apples harmonizes ideally with the tender fish and makes the Dinnair Fish-Chnusperli a true delicacy.
Ingredients
Swiss trout fillets 80%, corn starch, white flour, whole egg powder, salt, sugar, spices, apple cider, guar gum
Preparation
Bake the Fish-Chnusperli in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 15-18 minutes until golden brown. Turn once halfway through the baking time. Defrosting shortens the baking time by about 3 minutes.
