Because it's there, more precisely in the municipality of Escholzmatt, that Suphaphan Noi and Bruno make the delicious good-luck charms traditionally and purely by hand. Noi brought the knowledge about the healthy rolls with her from her home country in Thailand. There, spring rolls with all kinds of fillings are eaten daily.
Ingredients - Vegan
Carrots, leek, white cabbage, flour, water, coconut oil, salt, rice noodles, mushrooms (shiitake, Judas ears), garlic, canola oil, soy sauce, salt, pepper, rice flour
Preparation
Bake the spring rolls in a preheated oven at 220°C for 20 minutes until golden brown. Defrosting shortens the baking time by about 5 minutes.
