Pema and Tenzin Sakutshang have their roots in the northern Tibetan highlands. In their production kitchen in Wädenswil, they make the famous Tibetan dumplings traditionally by hand. Ingredients - Vegan
White flour, water, vegetables 25% (carrots, leeks, white cabbage, spring onions, celery), sea salt, sunflower oil, pepper, soy sauce, rice flour
Preparation
Put the momos in a non-stick frying pan with a little oil. Add 2-3 tablespoons of water and steam covered for about 15-20 minutes. Alternatively, steam the momos in a steamer.
