Pema and Tenzin Sakutshang have their roots in the northern Tibetan highlands. In their production kitchen in Wädenswil, they make the famous Tibetan dumplings by traditional hand. The best Swiss ingredients meet Tibetan spices. The delicacy used to be reserved for the upper class - fortunately, that is no longer the case today. Momos are closed on the side because Tibetans believe that you should keep your mouth closed to enjoy them.
