The hands of Dima and Sasha have already formed countless pelmenis. Growing up in Minsk and Riga, they brought their expertise to the heart of Basel. Together with Rolf, the trio now lovingly handcrafts the Eastern European delicacy. Driven by passion, they only use selected, local ingredients without any artificial additives.
Ingredients
Swiss beef 33%, white cabbage 21%, white flour, milk, eggs, rapeseed oil, coriander, caraway seeds, salt, pepper
Preparation
Cook the Pelmeni in lightly boiling salted water for 6-7 minutes. Take out and refine e.g. with butter.
