Ravioli with Mountain Cheese 250g (1-2 Portions)

Mario's main magic ingredient are the specially farmed raw materials he finds on the farm manufactory of Jucker Farm.  In Jona, directly on the shores of Lake Zurich, these very ingredients are handcrafted into the best ravioli creations. Creativity knows no bounds for Mario, as evidenced by his various cooperations with other local producers. This is how exclusive specialties like the mountain cheese ravioli are created, which by the way are only available from Dinnair.

Ingredients - Vegetarian
Mountain cheese 53%, ricotta, durum wheat semolina, water, whole egg, salt, pepper, white wine, rice flour

Preparation
Cook the ravioli for 4 minutes in boiling salted water (i.e. just before it bubbles). Defrosted, the cooking time is reduced by 1 minute.
